Stay Information and Services
Welcome to Borgo Punta Villa. To ensure the best welcome and a worry-free stay in the beautiful setting of La Maddalena, please take note of the following logistical information.
Arrivals and Departures (Check-in & Check-out)
- Check-in: Check-in operations are available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Late arrivals: If your arrival is expected after 8:00 PM, please kindly inform us in advance. A supplement of € 20.00 applies for late arrivals.
- Check-out: Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Security Deposit
In order to protect the decor and integrity of the furnishings, a security deposit of € 100.00 is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay after checking the condition of the apartment.
Services Included in Your Stay
- Tourist Tax: Municipal tax included in the rate.
- Linen Set: High-quality bed and bath linen included.
- Parking: Private parking space within the property.
- Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Pool Access: Use of a swim cap is required (available at reception for € 2.00).
On-Request Services (Extras)
- Linen Change: Available at a cost of € 25.00 per full set.
- Mid-week Cleaning: Upon reservation at a cost of € 20.00.
