Unforgettable Vacation
The quiet in which the Borgo is immersed, the absolutely excellent position with respect to the city center and the beaches of the whole island, the extreme kindness and availability of Daniela, who welcomed us, gave invaluable advice on how to best enjoy the vacation and even often booked for us boat trips or dinners in the restaurants of the island.
Highly Recommended
New and clean apartment, excellent location because it is just outside the center but can be reached by car (or on foot) in an instant like every beach in La Maddalena and Caprera, and without parking problems because it has private and safe parking. Daniela kind and extremely available gave us a lot of information on the beaches and also despite having booked a studio apartment given the availability she gave us a two-room apartment at the same price. We couldn't have found better, we will definitely be back.
Enchanting
Lovely well laid out residence with swimming pool and very helpful staff. Easily accessible structure and in a very panoramic and quiet position. Relaxing and elegant, the apartments are new and equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, excellent value for money. I stayed in July with my family, everything is wonderful even the sea area, the only fabulous place with car parking.
Borgo Puntavilla Fabolous!
It is a beautiful property, the apartments are tastefully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING! The view from the terrace is truly enchanting. Convenient to reach all the beaches of La Maddalena but it takes a car. My family and I spent a week there and we are thrilled. I highly recommend it!

Excellent residence, modern, quiet. Well-stocked apartments with regards to crockery, certainly beyond expectations, the dishwasher is very useful especially in this period where people tend to eat at home rather than in restaurants, due to Covid. Daniela at the reception very nice and helpful. Comfortable beds. Private parking in front of the apartment. Really excellent value for money, beyond the average in Italy. We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend it.

Very beautifull! Very well-kept village full of flowers. The extremely cozy apartment tastefully furnished, equipped with all comforts and very clean. Air conditioning and wifi available in the apartment. The extremely kind and helpful staff, thanks to their valuable advice, the stay was unforgettable! I will definitely be back. I really enjoyed the swimming pool which gives an extra touch to the charm of the village
Everything like at home, even more!
When you have to write these reviews on the one hand it is simple, on the other you want to remember everything and it is not simple. We stayed 5 nights at Borgo Punta Villa and for the first time we literally felt at home, even better. The welcome 10+, Valeria and her daughter are nothing short of exquisite people. The two-room apartment c211 10+, nothing was missing, from the new washing machine to everything you need, apart from the oven for space reasons. The 10+ location, just outside the center of La Maddalena, but strategic for Caprera and the beaches. Services 10+, I got a package, undifferentiated management, swimming pool with sunbeds (never used), but very well maintained, convenient parking with remote control. What can I say I don't want to go too far, but our next vacation and of the people we know if it will be at La Maddalena, will be Borgo Punta Villa.
Top family vacation!
Exceptional residence. The apartment we stayed in, for the second time, was simple, comfortable, clean, functional and with a lot of privacy. Excellent terrace where you can dine and have lunch outdoors. The common areas are impeccably maintained. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool has a significant added value, especially if you are traveling as a family with small children! Recommended!
