PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned Punta Villa S.r.l. and are only handled by technical staff of the office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data by the user on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the data provided by the sender, necessary for the provision of the requested service. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the application forms or indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
PROCESSING METHOD
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Punta Villa S.r.l. has adopted all the minimum security measures required by law. Punta Villa S.r.l., inspired by the main international standards, has also adopted additional security measures to minimize the risks relating to the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.
SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The data collected may be transferred or communicated to other companies controlled or connected to Punta Villa S.r.l. for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the service, such as the management of the computer system, or for processing carried out by other companies for the same purposes.
The personal data provided by users are used in order to perform the service or provision requested as well as for information of an advertising or promotional nature and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose for the provision of the requested services.
Outside of these cases, the data will not be disclosed or granted to anyone, except for contractual provisions or authorization of the subjects. In this sense, personal data could be transmitted to third parties, but only and exclusively in the event that:
there is explicit consent to share data with third parties;
there is a need to share information with third parties in order to provide the requested service;
this is necessary to comply with requests from the Judicial or Public Security Authorities.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196). Pursuant to the same article, one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
CHANGES TO THESE PRIVACY POLICIES
Punta Villa S.r.l. periodically checks its privacy and security policies and, if necessary, reviews them in relation to regulatory, organizational or technological changes. In the event of a change in the policies, the new version will be published on this page of the site.
